My sister Nishtha can literally fall asleep anywhere, anytime, especially while studying.

I have endless pictures of her sleeping while studying, on a sofa, chair, or bed.

We have had a very different relationship growing up. We used to fight a lot, A LOT! Most of the time it was me who annoyed her, but sometimes she used to too.

I have played a lot of pranks on her, made her laugh a lot of times, and made her cry a lot of times, but we never really showed our love and affection toward each other.

It was not until a couple of years back when I was feeling so low mentally, that I just started talking about my state with my sister and she was so helpful.

That day for the first time I was sharing something that no one in my family knew I was going through. That brought us close.

She supported me a lot.

Now we share a lot of stuff with each other. Whenever she needs some advice or just a casual talk, I'm there, and so is she.

I would probably never say that to her face, but I love her, and I’m grateful to have her in my life.
